If your garment does not fit the intended way you would like, we will provide an alteration credit of $70 for suits, $45 for jackets and $25 for shirts, pants and vests. Simply follow the steps under Alterations & Remakes to apply for the alteration credit. In the unlikely scenario that your garments are unwearable as a result of the manufacturer's fault, we will happily remake the garment entirely from new materials. You can take your garments to any tailor of your choice for alterations.

Please ask your local tailor to fill out our Alterations Form or visit Alterations & Remakes. Please email the completed form to service@pocketsquaretailors.com.au, along with the receipt from the tailor and a "before" and "after" photo of you wearing the garment. Once the alteration credit has been approved, please update your measurements once you have confirmed the fit and ensure your next garment won't have the same problem.

Yes, your original garment needs to be returned before the remake can commence. Please contact us on services@pocketsquaretailors.com.au to organise this return or visit Alterations & Remakes for more information.

Please log in to your account on the website under My Account and click your profile to update your measurements once you have confirmed the garment is fitted or if you want to make any necessary changes.

As all products are made custom to your size, we are unable to provide refunds as we are unable to resell these items. However if your garment requires any necessary adjustments, please fill out the alterations form within 14 days of receiving your order and we will reimburse you for alterations up to $70 per suit, $45 for jackets and $25 for shirts, pants and vests. Pocket Square offers a wide range of customisations for your suit, shirt, jacket, vest and pants to ensure the product that you design is unique and one of a kind. These are chosen during the customisation process after you have selected your product. Almost all the customisations are FREE of charge and those that are not free will be noted during the ordering process and on your invoice.

Certainly. While selecting your customisations for a suit, simply add a vest in the "Advanced Options" section. Please note that if you add vest a vest to the 2-piece suit, a standard 5 button single breasted vest will be selected. If you want to customise your own vest, simply add a vest separately under "Vests" and add to cart separately.

Our suits come half canvassed as standard. All customers are provided with a full canvas option under the "Advanced Options" tab when selecting your suit or jacket customisations at an extra cost.

You cannot create multiple measurement profiles for your account, each person must create their own account.

Yes, Pocket Square provides a list of high quality linings for you to choose from during the customisation of your suit or jacket. When customising your suit or jacket, simply select "Custom Lining" and a separate menu displaying a range of different linings will appear.

All our products are produced in China by highly qualified master tailors, using a combination of hand cutting, hand sewing and state-of-the-art 3D modelling technology to ensure your products are made exactly to your measurements. Each product also undergoes a rigid quality assurance check to ensure they meet our strictest quality standards.

As all products are custom and produced from scratch, it takes up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase to process, create and ship your order. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately at this point in time, we only ship within Australia. However, international shipping is currently in the works so stay tuned for when this option is available.

Pocket Square offers free shipping on all orders Australia wide. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. As all products are created from the raw material, it will take approximately 4 weeks from time of order to receive your garments.

Unfortunately we cannot expedite your order. All products are required to be made from raw materials according to your sizes and therefore, takes longer than purchasing an item off the rack. Every completed item also undergoes rigid quality assurance checks which also take some time. However, we are currently working on ways to reduce this delivery time. However, if you are within Melbourne we may be able to arrange an alternative. Part of our process is make sure you get the best fit possible. We process one of your garments and send it to you to check the measurements. Once we have confirmed or received feedback from you about the garment we will process the remainder of your order. No, with our measuring guide and a help of a friend you can take your measurements in 15 minutes. Under the Get Measured section we have videos and instructions to guide you through each measurement to help make the process as easy and streamlined as possible. Once your measurements have been submitted with your order, we will also review each measurement to ensure they appear reasonable. Every tailor uses a different measuring method. Therefore, please use our step by step guide to measure your body to ensure the best fit as our measurement methods are quite unique and different to other brands. If you are using measurements done by your tailor it may cause the garment to not fit. If you have any concerns with the measuring process, please Contact Us and we will gladly assist you.
